Elopement
Price: $299.00
For 3 guests
Package Includes:
o Admission for groom, bride and officiant.
o 15 minutes of semi-private space.
o 15 minutes with photographer.
o Champagne toast.
The Small and Simple No-fuss Ceremony Only
Price: $1500.00
For 3-30 guests
Package Includes:
o Admission and entry for up to 30 people.
o One hour of semi-private space with up to 30 chairs.
o 30 minutes of time with photographer.
The Medium Ceremony with Light Reception
Price: $100.00/person
Available only April 9th – December 27th
For 30-125 guests
Package Includes:
o Admission and entry for up to 125 guests.
o 2 Hours of private space on our north end.
o Up to 50 chairs for guests.
o Full bar package (Tax and gratuity included).
o Appetizer package (Choice of 3; tax and gratuity included).
o Basic white linen.
o Up to 10 cabarets or high boy tables.
Additions/Up-Charges:
o Champagne Toast ($5.00 per person)

The Big Dream Wedding (Venue Only for Ceremony and Reception)
Price: $25,000.00 (space only)
For 150-400 guests
Package Includes:
o Full, private access to Observatory and concourse lobby area for 4 hours.
o Up to 10 cabaret/high boy tables.
